surly bill trailer

I bought this in 2016 and have never actually used it besides trying to mount it with my bicycle. it has scratches here and there due to transportation. I put a 6mm veneer board on top as shown in the pictures. It comes with everything you need and ready to use. It currently in my storage in Hashimoto/Sagamihara. perferred buyer to pick it up.
